| Hey everyone! I know that no one ever uses xanga anymore, except small men with hairy feet. So, I decided to post something, just to have something that wasn't commented on by the dinosaurs. So, for those of you that don't already know... I just started college the other day, I'm going to this place called ASHA School of Massage. It's a great school, tons of really cool people... so many of them make me think of Amy Stone... It's a great environment to be in, everybody is soooooo kinesthetic! Everyone is sooooo friendly! And on top of it all, I get Awesome massages every day, almost!!! This is definitely NOT going to be a stressful school year...

| ok, Tons of things have been happening lately, things like: We sold our house, Bought a new car (Beautiful brand new Black 2007 Toyota Yaris, 5 speed Manual Transmission, CD/MP3 Player with iPod hookup, ... ,[it's the hatchback, the blue one, all the way to the right].) and we have made an offer on a new house in Georgia and will beyond a doubt(unless some crazy thing happens) buy the house. It's a really nice house, just 1 block from a little ice cream store... 1 story with a big basement, 3 porches, a garage, a nice(kinda small) kitchen... I'm excited to finally get moved, it seems like we've been talking about it forever but not really done a whole lot about it(at least I haven't done much, mom's been packing and stuff) Although I am sad to leave behind people that I know here, but I'm gonna come back to visit... when I can... most recently, I just got back from a 5 day trip to the Buffalo River Trail, we hiked, canoed, climbed, went caving, and generally had a lot of fun, imma be getting tons of pictures from it soon. I'll be sure to post them. also I just got a cell phone, if you want the number comment me

| Well, here I be, sitting at my brothers over-powered laptop updating my blog before I take a trip to the California beach... It's been a great experince being here, I've been learning so much form my brothers classes. so far I've liked the Philosiphy class the most, this morning we talked about the Four Levels of Love, then watched a Simpsons episode about it, lol. I've been learning a whole lot about college life, hot tubs, social life, the common room, and the strangeness of Steve's dreams... Don't ask. it's also been a great experencince to grow spirtually. I've never really been in a christian youth setting ever, but here I'm just emersed in it all. It's great!
I don't have much time untill I leave tomorrow, so I'm gonna try to fit as much as I can before I leave, so instead of sitting in front of a laptop typing a blog, I'm gonnna do something more exciting.
More on my trip later.

| Wow, night before last I had a conversation that truly changed my life, or at the very least started a change in motion. It started out with going to Matthew's 18th pirate birthday party. After which, as Steve took one of the party goers home, he took a side trip that ended up taking at least an hour, Christin (a 16 year old, girl with a outgoing, overpowering personality) and Matthew and I were left at Christin's house to clean up after the party, and after we finished, Steve was still not back to pick me up, so for conversation starter I asked Matthew to critique my personality (basically we would take turns saying something about each other that we didn't like, and then say something about that person that we did like, just for fun/education) so after going for a few rounds, Christin's parents got home, said good night and went to sleep. Steve was still not there. So we kept going at the little "game" thing, and at one point when it wasn't even Christin's turn, she started saying something around the lines of "let me guess at you Micah, ..." and proceeded to guess. Then proceeded to tell me about me, what was wrong, what was right, but most importantly, why it was so. All this from a few months of observations (i.e. no long, intimate, revealing conversations with her or anything). It was amazing. Christin then proceeded to tell me more about me that I didn't know, (stuff like why something was wrong) and still proceeded to hit the nail on the head. I can't say much, but what I can say is that that was the second time I have cried in the past year and a half or so. And boy did I cry. There is way too much to tell about in just words, typed ones especially. It may not have completely changed me yet, but it gave me something to shoot for.
God must have something very special in store for me because the hardest steel goes through the hottest fire. (I hope this isn't too presumptuous of a statement, but it's what I feel in my heart)
